IHCL MD and CEO Puneet Chhatwal has been reelected as the chairman of FAITH (Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality) at the elections held for the industry body for the term 2024-2026.

Ajeet Bajaj and Ajay Prakash were elected as vice chairmen, while Rajiv Mehra was elected as general secretary and Kanwarjit Singh Sawhney was elected as treasurer. The results were declared by returning officer Homa Mistry and the above candidates were elected unopposed.

“On behalf of all the elected office bearers, assure to work cohesively for the benefit of the tourism and hospitality industry and achieve the targets set by the honorable prime minister,” said general secretary Rajiv Mehra. “Tourism and hospitality have a huge potential in terms of employment generation and contributing to the economy of the country and it would be our endeavor to fulfill this potential,” he added.
